SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All items ship between 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. You will be notified at the time of purchase what your estimated shipping time will be. If you have any questions please email email@example.com
We offer free exchanges and easy returns if you are not completely happy with your purchase. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery. You have the option of exchange, store credit, or return for refund to original form of payment. If the outsole of the heel is scratched or warn that it voids the return. It must be returned in excellent condition in order to be excepted.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must have the original tags and packaging. If the outsole of the heel is scratched or worn the return will not be accepted. It must be returned in excellent condition. There is a 3 business day inspection period once the product has been received for the return to be approved or denied.
To return merchandise, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. You will then be issued a return label. Once the merchandise has been returned and inspected, you will then receive the refund if all criteria is met.
For exchanges, please email email@example.com with your order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.
If an item is returned after the 10 day mark, you will receive a store credit.
